    On page 4, line 21 of the striking amendment, after "order to" strike all material through "initiatives" on line 22 and insert "start new clean energy initiatives or award state funds in support of initiatives targeted at growing the clean energy sector"

EFFECT:   Clarifies that "lead entity" means the organization that all other state agencies must coordinate with and receive approval from in order to start new clean energy initiatives or  when awarding state funds in support of initiatives targeted at growing the clean energy sector.
