    On page 12, line 9 of the amendment, after "(3)" insert "(a)"

    On page 12, after line 17 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "(b) By November 30, 2015, and each year thereafter, the authority must certify that the addition of services provided by a direct patient-provider primary care practice under this section as to the benefit options provided to subscribers does not increase the cost of health benefits provided for subscribers in the plans existing prior to the addition of the direct practice provisions."

EFFECT:   By November 30, 2015, and each year thereafter, the Health Care Authority is required to certify that the addition of direct practice services to the benefit options offered to subscribers does not increase the cost of health benefits provided to subscribers in previously existing plans.
