    On page 5, line 33 of the amendment, after "For" strike "the open enrollment period beginning" and insert "any open enrollment period beginning on or after"

    On page 6, beginning on line 1 of the amendment, after "for" strike "the open enrollment period beginning" and insert "any open enrollment period beginning on or after"

EFFECT:   Specifies that the Public Employees' Benefits Board shall offer the option of a high deductible health insurance plan along with a health savings account for any open enrollment period beginning on or after November 1, 2011.
