On page 1, line 20 of the amendment, after "with" insert "the following, as long as the recommendations are not likely to hinder the ability of the state to pursue energy development from our state's natural resources"
EFFECT: Specifies that gubernatorial recommendations for uses of the marine resources stewardship trust account may not be for projects or activities that hinders the ability of the state to pursue energy development from our state's natural resources.
