On page 1, line 12, after "feet" insert ", or (4) an auto recycling carrier up to forty-two feet in length manufactured prior to 2005"
EFFECT: Restores existing statutory language and provides an exemption for auto recycling carriers up to forty-two feet in length manufactured prior to 2005.
