On page 9, line 1 of the amendment, after "year" insert "or partial year"
On page 20, line 12 of the amendment, after "through" insert "12 and"
On page 20, after line 13 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 16 Section 13 of this act takes effect July
1, 2013."
Correct the title.
EFFECT: Allows the Department of Licensing to issue drivers' licenses for a period other than a full year. Provides that the provision expiring drivers' licenses issued to persons under the age of 21 on the person's 21st birthday takes effect July 1, 2013.
