On page 36, line 2, after "clinic." insert "The medical history of a gamete donor may be updated at any time by the donor."
On page 36, line 17, after "child." insert "A child requesting nonidentifying medical information of a donor shall be provided notice of any updated medical information as the information becomes available."
EFFECT: To allow the updating of nonidentifying medical information of gamete donors and to provide notice to a child conceived through assisted reproduction of any updated medical information.
