On page 38, beginning on line 32, after "at least" strike all material through "amount" on line 34 and insert "one million dollars. The intended parent or parents may not be beneficiaries of the life insurance policy"
EFFECT: Provides that the life insurance policy the woman acting as a surrogate must obtain must be for at least 1 million dollars (rather than 250,000 dollars or a lesser amount if she is unable to obtain that amount). Provides that the intended parent or parents may not be beneficiaries to the life insurance policy.
