On page 33, beginning on line 15, after "Consent" strike all material through "reproduction" on line 16 and insert "to assisted reproduction by a couple in a marriage or domestic partnership"
On page 33, line 20, after "((husband))" strike "person" and insert
"spouse or domestic partner"
On page 33, at the beginning of line 24, after "if the" strike all material through "and" on line 25 and insert "spouse or domestic partner"
EFFECT: Clarifies that consent is only required by the couple when the couple are in a domestic partnership or marriage, not other couples whether or not there is an intent to be the parent.
