On page 3, after line 18 of the amendment, insert the following:
"(7) For the purposes of this section, parental liability is
limited pursuant to RCW 4.24.190."
EFFECT: Provides that a parent's liability for the acts of a minor child is limited to the existing statute on parental liability (a parent may be liable, not to exceed $5,000, if the child lives with the parent and the child willfully and maliciously inflicts personal injury on another person).
