On page 5, after line 17, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 6 A new section is added to chapter 42.56 RCW
to read as follows:
Personal information provided to an agency by persons who are
sixteen and seventeen years of age under section 2 of this act, RCW
29A.08.210, 29A.08.330, and 46.20.155 is exempt from public inspection
and copying until that information is entered in the statewide voter
registration database pursuant to section 2 of this act."
Renumber the remaining section consecutively.

On page 1, line 3 of the title, after "RCW;" insert "adding a new section to chapter 42.56 RCW;"
EFFECT: Clarifies a reference to temporarily withholding certain information about minors from the statewide voter registration database. Specifies that personal information about minors who have submitted voter registration information in anticipation of voting is exempt from public inspection and copying until the information is entered in the statewide voter registration database when the person becomes eligible to vote in the next election.
