On page 2, beginning on line 10 of the amendment, after "chapter." strike all material through "program." on line 13

     On page 4, beginning on line 7 of the amendment, after "(2)" strike all material through "supply" on line 14 and insert "A drug manufacturer shall not, in the absence of a finding of gross negligence, be subject to criminal prosecution or liability in tort or other civil action, for injury, death, or loss to person or property for matters relating to the donation, acceptance, or dispensing of a drug manufactured by the drug manufacturer that is donated by any person under the program, including but not limited to liability for failure to transfer or communicate product or consumer information or the expiration date of the donated prescription drug"

     On page 4, beginning on line 26 of the amendment, strike all of subsection (4)
