    On page 3, line 31 of the amendment, after "under the" strike "federal manual on traffic devices" and insert "manual of uniform traffic control devices for streets and highways as adopted by the department of transportation under chapter 47.36 RCW"

EFFECT:  Corrects the reference to the national guidelines applicable to traffic control devices.
