On page 2, line 12 of the amendment, strike "(1)"
On page 2, line 21 of the amendment, after "state" insert ", as long as legislators are charged the same amount for each bill they introduce or cosponsor"
On page 2, beginning on line 22 of the amendment, strike all of subsection (2)
EFFECT: Legislators shall be charged the same amount to file legislation as the public is charged to file initiatives, referenda, and recall petitions.
