On page 3, beginning on line 17, after "a" strike all material
through "residence" on line 19 and insert "((recreational vehicle
intended for permanent or semi-permanent installation and is used as a
primary residence)) travel trailer designed to be used with temporary
connections to utilities necessary for the operation of installed
fixtures and appliances. The model's gross area shall not exceed four
hundred square feet when in the setup mode. "Park model" excludes a
mobile home"

EFFECT: Changes the amended definition of "park model" under the Manufactured/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act and Dispute Resolution Program to the "park model trailer" definition used under RCW 46.04.622. A park model is defined as a travel trailer designed to be used with temporary connections to utilities necessary for the operation of installed fixtures and appliances. The park model's gross area shall not exceed four hundred square feet when in the setup mode. The park model definition excludes mobile homes.
