    On page 10, line 6, after "employed" insert "and staff employed"

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  The underlying bill changes the employees of the forecast councils from exempt employees to those covered under civil service laws.  This amendment makes the employees of the Office of the Forecast Councils exempt.
