Cigars contain nicotine, tar, and carcinogens. Cigar smoking is not a safe alternative to cigarette smoking.""

EFFECT: Removes the requirement that establishments must have a signed acknowledgment of risk associated with working in an environment where tobacco smoke may be present from each employee. Requires specific language to be displayed in a conspicuous location warning of the hazards of tobacco smoke.
