    On page 185, after line 3, strike everything through line 2 on page 186.

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes a section that adopted lower member, employee, and state contribution rates for the Law Enforcement Officers' and Fire Fighters' Retirement System Plan 2 (LEOFF 2) and reduced General Fund-State appropriations for state contributions to LEOFF 2 by $17 million to match the revised rates.
