    On page 6, line 27, after "other" strike "organizations' efforts to preserve native plants" and insert "qualified nonprofit organizations' efforts to preserve rhododendrons"  

EFFECT:   Provides that proceeds from the plate must be used for grants to qualified nonprofit organizations that preserve rhododendrons as opposed to grants to organizations that preserve native plants.
