    On page 2, line 17 of the amendment, after "the" strike the remainder of the sentence down through "plan on line 20 and insert the following:  "to ensure full family coverage premiums are not more than three times the premiums for employees purchasing single coverage for the same coverage plan."

EFFECT:

Requires the family premiums be no more than three times the single premium or the same coverage.  Removes establishing the premiums with the goal of establishing the family premiums no more than three times the single premiums.
