On page 2, line 20, after "asset." insert "To the extent this subsection conflicts with federal maintenance of effort requirements, it does not apply to medicaid."
EFFECT: Provides that if the language in the bill regarding the definition of "income" conflicts with federal Medicaid requirements, it does not apply to the income eligibility requirements for Medicaid.
