Background: The Economic and Revenue Forecast Council (ERFC) is an independent agency responsible for providing the state economic and revenue forecasts. Four times each year ERFC must prepare an official state economic and revenue forecast. The forecasts are submitted to the Governor and Legislature on or before November 20, June 20, and September 20, as well as February 20 in even-numbered years and March 20 in odd-numbered years.

Summary of Bill: The submittal dates for the June and September economic and revenue forecasts are moved from June 20 and September 20 to June 27 and September 27.
