AN ACT Relating to the manufactured/mobile home landlord-tenant act; and adding a new section to chapter 59.20 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1 A new section is added to chapter 59.20 RCW
to read as follows:
(1) A landlord shall provide a written receipt for any payment made
by a tenant in the form of cash.
(2) A landlord shall provide, upon the request of a tenant, a
written receipt for any payments made by the tenant in a form other
than cash.
