Provides a business and occupation tax exemption for amounts received by a nonprofit organization or governmental entity for the privilege of joining a competitive team sport league or for the right to participate in the competitive team sport activities.

Provides a sales and use tax exemption for certain sales and uses of the aforementioned amusement and recreation services.
