Provides that a respiratory care practitioner is under the direct order and under the qualified medical direction of a physician, an osteopathic physician or surgeon, a podiatric physician and surgeon, an advanced registered nurse practitioner, a naturopath, a physician assistant, or an osteopathic physician assistant.
