Modifies provisions relating to the sales and use tax exemption for qualifying businesses of eligible server equipment by: (1) Revising the definitions of eligible computer data center, eligible power infrastructure, qualifying business, and server equipment; and

(2) Extending the expiration date to April 1, 2023.
