Allows the sale, delivery, or possession of a legend drug when the drug is ordered or prescribed by a licensed pharmacist to the extent permitted by established drug therapy guidelines or protocols and authorized by the board of pharmacy and approved by a practitioner authorized to prescribe drugs.
