(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

Requires the office of financial management to: (1) Include in its six-year facility plan, a list of surplus properties, including the property, agency ownership, approximate value, and original fund source used to acquire or construct the property; and

(2) Coordinate with the department of enterprise services to actively list any properties identified as surplus.

Requires the department of enterprise services to submit a report annually to the appropriate legislative fiscal committees and the office of financial management on the status of certain surplus property.

Requires agencies, departments, boards, commissions, and institutions of this state to provide to the office of financial management a list of properties that are identified to be surplus.
