Establishes the intrastate building safety mutual aid system to provide for mutual assistance among member jurisdictions in the case of an emergency or to participate in training and exercises.

Creates the intrastate building safety mutual aid oversight committee which shall be: (1) A committee of the Washington association of building officials; and

(2) Representative of building safety agencies and disciplines as well as local political subdivisions.
