Increases the frequency in which the department of revenue submits to the legislature, the listing of the amount of reduction for the current and next biennium in the revenues of the state or the local government collected by the state as a result of tax exemptions.

Requires the department of revenue to submit to the legislature a current tax reference manual which is a summary of major state or local taxes authorized by current law to provide basic descriptive and historical information about these sources.

Requires the current listing and the current tax reference manual to be published on the department's web site.
