Prohibits consumer reporting agencies, that collect personally identifiable information pertaining to juvenile records about an individual residing in the state, from disseminating information contained within the record, including the existence or nonexistence of the record, to any third party.

Prohibits the judicial information system from being used to disseminate any juvenile record information for the purposes of disseminating that information to credit reporting agencies or other private entities.
