Requires the professional educator standards board to revise: (1) Standards for the elementary education endorsement and middle level and secondary mathematics and science teacher endorsements as well as other subject area endorsements with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics-related components;

(2) Assessments for prospective teachers and teachers adding subject area endorsements required for teacher certification; and

(3) Certificate renewal rules for teachers at the elementary and secondary levels in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics-related subjects.
