Prohibits manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers from manufacturing, selling, offering for sale, distributing for sale, or distributing for use in this state, a children's product containing intentionally-added TCEP (as defined in section 1 of the act) in amounts greater than one hundred parts per million in any component.
