Requires the director of the department of labor and industries to establish a farm internship pilot project for the employment of farm interns on small farms in the counties of San Juan, Skagit, King, Whatcom, Kitsap, Pierce, Jefferson, Spokane, and Thurston.

Provides a December 31, 2017, expiration of the project.
