Requires the office of the ombudsman for workers of industrial insurance self-insured employers to develop and promote an educational program and materials to assist employees of self-insured employers entering into claim resolution structured settlement agreements.

Provides funding for the educational program through the self-insured employer overpayment reimbursement fund.
