    On page 7, line 13, after "(c)" insert "(i)"

    On page 7, line 17 after "public safety." insert the following:

    "(ii)"

    On page 7, line 28, after "behavior" insert ". The additional commitment period may include transfer to a specialized program of intensive support and treatment, which may be initiated prior to or after release from the state hospital"

EFFECT:  Adds language specifically allowing additional terms of commitment of a person who was found at the initial petition to have committed acts constituting a violent offense to include transfer to a specialized intensive support and treatment program.
