    On page 2, line 3, after "provider." insert "The check must be sent directly to the provider if the provider is a governmental entity, including, but not limited to, a fire district or a public hospital district."

EFFECT:   Requires payment for emergency services to be sent directly to the provider if it is a governmental entity, including a fire district or a public hospital district.
