    On page 11, beginning on line 34 of the striking amendment, strike all of subsection (2)

    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes provision that authorizes the council to issue a site certification for an energy facility that does not meet one or more of the siting standards established in the act.
