    On page 3, line 3, after "if" insert "the person called 911 and"

EFFECT:   Prohibits a minor from being charged or prosecuted for a Minor in Possession of Alcohol offense:

· When in need of medical assistance, he or she called 911 as a result of alcohol poisoning; or

· When, acting in good faith, he or she sought medical assistance for someone else experiencing alcohol poisoning by calling 911.
