    On page 11, line 28, after "supervision" strike "must" and insert "may"

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement that a court must include treatment that has been demonstrated to improve behavioral health and reduce recidivism as a condition of supervision for a deferred disposition where an assessment has identified a need for mental health or substance abuse treatment; instead the court has discretion to order such treatment as a condition of supervision.
