On page 9, after line 3, insert the following:
"(m) Revenue under this section used to repay general obligation or revenue bonds, as provided in (d)(ii) and (iii) of this subsection, may only be used for such repayment if the bonds are issued on or after January 1, 2021."

EFFECT: Prohibits King County from using lodging tax revenues to repay bonds for workforce housing or tourism promotion unless the bonds are issued on or after January 1, 2021.
