EFFECT:  States the intent to procure in-person spoken language interpreter services through the use of scheduling and billing software while advancing the availability of telephonic and video remote interpreting to state agencies. Requires the Department of Social and Health Services, the Health Care Authority, the Department of Labor and Industries, and the Department of Enterprise Services to contract with additional entities in order to provide spoken language interpreter services through telephonic and video remote technologies.  Specifies that the Department of Social and Health Services, the Health Care Authority, the Department of Labor and Industries, and the Department of Enterprise Services to integrate procurement of in-person spoken language interpreter services through a single centralized system.
