EFFECT:   Adds a requirement that a tow truck operator post a notice that includes his or her return time when taking a lunch break in order to avoid receiving a citation for non-compliance with the business hours requirements of RCW 46.55.060.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
