On page 14, beginning on line 31 of the amendment, after "ordinance" strike all material through "years" on line 33 and insert ". The person shall be arrested, booked into jail (which includes being fingerprinted and photographed), and must remain in custody for no less than six hours"
EFFECT: Requires law enforcement to arrest and book into jail a person when the officer has probable cause to believe such person has committed any driving or physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs (DUI or PC) offense and requires that the person be held in custody for a minimum of 6 hours.
