    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly. Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Eliminates the requirement that Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance, repair, replacement of structures, minor safety updates, and signage installation are exempt from permitting and review under the Shoreline Management Act.
