    On page 21, after line 9, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 8.  It is the intent of the legislature that funding for the incremental increases in the prototypical school model defined under this act should be appropriated only from state revenue sources and rates under the law as it existed on January 1, 2014."

    Renumber remaining sections consecutively.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Declares legislative intent that funding to support the formula changes in the bill should come only from existing revenue sources and rates.
