    On page 21, after line 9, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 8.  Funding for the incremental increases in the prototypical school model defined under this act may be appropriated only from state revenue sources and rates under the law as it existed on January 1, 2014."

    Renumber remaining sections consecutively.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Funding to support the formula changes in the bill may come only from existing revenue sources and rates.
