    On page 214, beginning on line 11, strike all of section 948

    Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references.

EFFECT: Removes a section that amended RCW 15.76.115 to reduce the statutory transfer of $2 million General Fund-State per fiscal year to the nonappropriated Fair Fund to $1.5 million General Fund-State per fiscal year to the Fair Fund within the Department of Agriculture.    

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Reduces General Fund - State resources by $1,000,000.
