On page 62, line 17, after "2014 and" strike "$4,729,000" and insert "$5,729,000"

EFFECT:   Corrects the general fund-state proviso amounts for fiscal year 2014 and fiscal year 2015 in the Department of Social and Health Services Economic Services Program for implementation of Substitute House Bill No. 1971 (communication services) to reflect the amounts assumed in the appropriated funding levels.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
