    On page 1, line 18 of the striking amendment, after "18.71 RCW." insert "However, a person who is sixteen or seventeen years old may use an ultraviolet tanning device with written consent from a parent or guardian."

EFFECT:   Permits a person who is 16 or 17 years old to use an ultraviolet tanning device with written consent from a parent or guardian.
